Yet is like a shelf to hang things on
dream catchers, coats, hearts and hopes.
It's an evil little stagnate adverb, not giving or kind
Yet is selfish, singular and sly
It's a mean little boy who pulls pig tails and pinches
Life, teasing and tempting
showing us there are lessons yet to be learned.
Ugh.
Well, are we there yet?
See that? Yet again. Again...
Yet is content to dilly-dally and whet
It's an unlatched gate, swinging slightly open with the changing winds
There is but one way to get rid of the eventually, finally or someday...
Simply, say to the yet, now or never!
But no more yet.
